Job Description
Selected candidates will work as part of the service desk and support team, handling database operations, testing activities, and issue resolution processes. The role provides hands-on exposure to IT service management tools, data analytics, and technical troubleshooting.
Candidates should be flexible to work from any Cognizant office location and adapt to different technologies and shift timings based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Describe relationships between database tables and write SQL queries
- Perform CRUD operations and develop stored procedures
- Prepare and execute test cases, scripts, and test data
- Support manual and automated testing activities
- Analyze root causes and resolve service tickets
- Follow standard operating procedures for issue resolution
- Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools
- Participate in innovation and process improvement initiatives
